White coat, vest, slippers and shoes with nails shall not be taken into the library. |

Borrowing |

Library adopt open-shelf mode. |

Readers use the library card borrowing.The library card is not transferable.The borrower has to take the responsibility for any loss or damage to the borrowed book. can be used with student ID card. |

Staff, undergraduate students and post-graduates can borrow up to 15 books per person. Undergraduate students can borrow up to 10 books( 4 books of I category) per person. Secondary students can borrow up to 6 books(2 books of I category )per person.A library card cannot be used to borrow the same book. |

Readers can keep natural science and social science books for 30 days. Books can be returned after 3 days .Check the expiry date yourself via the library website. |

Readers are allowed online renewals for library books via the library website, books will be kept for 30 days. (undergraduate students and secondary students cannot be allowed renewals I category).Renewals and reservations shall not be accepted via the library website if book is overdue. |

Library privileges (borrowing,renewing,reserving) will be suspended if overdue books are not returned, borrowers have to pay the fine гд0.1 per copy per calendar day for overdue. Overdue and renewals books will not be allowed to borrow by the same borrower whthin a week. |

Books in the 24-hour reading room and reference books in the fifth floor cannot be borrowed. |

Don't scribble, tear the library books in any ways. Offenders shall be punished in accordance with relevant regulations. |

The library card,when lost,must be reported immediately to the circulation department. The lost library card may be replaced by a new card at the the reference dest after a month(non-campus card users).Please pay the fee in accordance with relevant regulations. |

School leaver need to return the book and the library card to the library. |

Natural science periodicals can only be read and copied in the reading room with no circulation. |
